Brittany grew up in Lebanon, Tennessee, in a family with four generations in real estate. That background gives her a personal connection to the work and the people it serves.

As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the systems and day-to-day work that support the Ironhorse team. Her experience spans real estate, marketing, brand development, and agent support. For Homes by Ironhorse, that means helping the people behind your move stay organized and prepared.

Brittany helped build Ironhorse from the beginning and continues to guide its marketing alongside her operations role. She holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, bringing an understanding of land and rural property to her work with the team.

She lives outside Nashville with her husband, Jake, and their daughter, Blair. Faith, family, and lasting relationships remain central to her life.
